Vishal Thakkar, our founder, studied marketing and finance at Preston University and Indiana Institute of Technology, earning an MBA. During his studies, he worked with different companies to boost their sales and build customer relationships, finding his passion for sales, marketing, and revenue analysis.

 

In 2009, Vishal started managing a hotel. His successful results drew other hotel owners’ attention, but Vishal realized he preferred focusing on sales, marketing, and revenue, helping multiple hotels succeed.

 

Thus, Masterkey Hospitality was born in January 2011. Committed to providing each hotel with top-notch, personalized service, Vishal built an expert team.
