Masterkey Hospitality was born from a simple observation: most hotels — especially independent and franchise properties — don't have access to the sophisticated revenue management and sales strategies that large hotel chains take for granted.
Founder Vishal Thakkar spent over a decade working in hotel operations and revenue management, watching properties struggle with outdated pricing strategies, poor OTA management, and reactive sales approaches. He knew there was a better way.
In founding Masterkey, Vishal assembled a team of hospitality veterans who share one belief: every hotel deserves access to world-class marketing and revenue expertise, regardless of size or brand affiliation.
